    Nora, I love your name, my grandaughter who is 3 is named Nora, I hope you like your name.
    Can you tell me me how to roast the pork shoulder, did you do it in a slow roaster or what. This is not the same as smoked shoulder is it????

      Hi Marilyn!! Thanks for stopping by my blog :) . I do love my name. I am named after my great-grandmother, “Honorata”; a Polish name that means honor. I’ve always thought it was a special name and loved that it was unique. (I can count on 2 hands other ‘Noras’ I’ve met in my life!). I have two links to share with you.
