On Thursday. I made fresh pasta.
Would you believe that something that look so hard to make contains only a few ingredients? Flour, Egg, Water and Olive Oil. DONE! It was a beautiful day in Skills Class, with lots of fresh Fettuccine.
And Ravioli with a Mushroom Duxelle-Ricotta filling.
Chef made a pancetta, mushroom, wine, cream….HEAVEN sauce that I knew I wanted the second I smelled it cooking in our kitchen. We filled platters family style, and I knew exactly what I wanted to have for dinner that night.
