A Spoonful of Peanut Butter

Happy November 1! Let’s start the month off right, shall we?Banana-Chia Oatmeal in a Peanut Butter Jar with Crofter’s Europe Superfruit Spread and Local Honey.

A spoonful of sugar might help the medicine go down, however; a spoonful of peanut butter makes my world go round.  And, much better in my opinion. The best part about eating hot oatmeal in a jar is the spoonful of peanut butter you get at the bottom. I thought I might want something warm and melty for lunch today. I took a few thick slices of Adam’s Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar and mounded them on toasted Woodstock bread with  spinach and tomato. It looks promising :) .

Have a great month!

Yes! I’m in the mood for some sharp cheese too. I think there might be nothing better than a sharp cheddar with crisp sweet apple (and bread, of course). I hope that this November is full of health, happiness and healing. Thanks for sharing Nora!
