I love my broiler. It’s not JUST a broiler to me, but also my best friend. Anything that can make fresh mozzarella melt, tomatoes slightly roast and bread perfectly toasted is just fine by me.

I finished off my masterpiece with fresh cracked black pepper and cracked sea salt. Simple and soul satisfying. On the side I had a big ole Cameo apple.
Breakfast was the exact same thing I have had for the past week (Minus banana, chia seeds, and 2% yogurt because my parents did not have any).
Overnight Oats: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk, 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt, Cinnamon, Blueberries, Blackberries, Almond Butter and Honey.
When I like something, I just cant stop eating it! I know it might be boring but I love it.
Blackberries are the inspiration for my special dessert tonight! I can’t wait to show you what I’m making! Actually….I’ve never made it before so I’m just praying that it turns out okay. If not, we always have ice cream as a back up

Is there a kitchen appliance that you feel strongly about?
**Right now my favorite kitchen gadget is my Microplane. Mostly because I think topping everything with lemon zest and fresh grated cheese is more than necessary.
I love sticking open faced sandwiches under the broiler! It makes my sandwiches absolutely divine when the cheese gets bubbly and slightly browned!
I love my toaster oven…because it can do the same thing as your broiler and to me, there is nothing better than melted cheese on fresh bread. Your plate with bread, cheese and tomatoes looks perfect to me…I really don’t know if I could possibly want anything else right now. Thanks for sharing sweet girl…and for finding me on facebook
