Ob-sesame

I’m obsessed with sesame. Recently I haven’t been able to get enough sesame, ginger or cilantro in my life. And I don’t mind :) .Red and Green Leaf Lettuce, 1/4 package of Soy-Boy Tofu Lin, Cherry Tomatoes, English Cucumber, Shredded Carrot, Sugar Snap Peas, Cucumber, Cilantro. Dressing of Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Ginger. A baggie of Blue Corn Chips on the side.

Breakfast was back to good ‘ole overnight oats…in an over-size tea cup. It was mmm-mmm good ;) .

1/3 cup Rolled Oats, 1/3 cup Vanilla Soy Milk, 1/3 cup 2% Plain Greek Yogurt, Cinnamon, 1/2 sliced Banana, 1/2 TBS Chia Seeds, Blackberries, Vanilla Granola, Coconut Butter, Dark Chocolate Dreams (chocolate peanut butter).

I cant think of a better way to start the weekend than to wake up and eat chocolate peanut butter :) .

Happy Weekend!

  1. Hehe cute title :) I love when I get hooked on certain ingredients and then try to see how many dishes I can make with them. I will never tire of cilantro….its perfect for summertime!

Nora…so I’m really behind the times in the oats department. When you say 1/3 cup of rolled oats, are they uncooked? I also agree that sesame seeds are wonderful…I love adding them to my loaves of bread. Thank you for all your sweet comments, they mean so much to me!

  3. I love sesame too, especially sesame oil and seeds for stir fry, sesame seed bagels, and tahini. They all add such a great flavor to meals.
