Ton ‘O Bricks

After a late, filling breakfast I went to church with my parents and got busy in the kitchen. I wasn’t very hungry around my typical lunch time so I went about business as usual. Mid-way through cleaning the kitchen,  hunger hit me like a ton of bricks. I needed food fast. Luckily I was already in the food hub and could satisfy my cravings.Salad: Red and Green Leaf Lettuce, Roasted Beet, Cucumber, Heirloom Beans, Goat Cheese, Walnuts, Olive Oil/Balsamic.

Side: 8-Grain 3-Seed Bread with Raspberry Jam.

What was occupying my time? Here’s a hint:This will be making an appearance tomorrow. Stay tuned.

    Isn’t it amazing how some days your metabolism seems to be working in over-drive? Today I suddenly felt like I was starving. Normally I don’t have to eat lunch until 1 or 2, but around 11:30 today, my stomach was grumbling. Thankfully I was nearby food!
