I had to make a Goat Cheese, Basil and Tomato Sandwich on 8-Grain 3-Seed Bread for lunch. The Farmer’s Market told me to. 
When you buy a tomato that triumphs the size of a slice of bread, it is mandatory to have a tomato and cheese sandwich. (My dad had the same thing for lunch with American Cheese, Mayo and Potato Bread—see it is MANDATORY!)
GET IN MY BELLY! I never use the phrase “NOM” but..NOM, NOM, NOM! Just look at that dense, nutty bread. Ripe, juicy tomato. And creamy goat cheese. Simple and delicious.
And now I must go play with butter.

What are your favorite things between two slices of bread?
I love turkey, avocado and tomato sandwiches. Goat cheese and grilled veggie sandwiches are a close second though!
I like some type of spreadable cheese, with a dab of pesto and then loaded with veggies! soooo good
